Vedam News : Allu Arjun and Manoj are dying
There was a gossip that was making rounds in the Film Nagar that Allu Arjun was suffering from ‘bone marrow cancer’ and he was affected with the disease due to the intake of steroids to build up his body during the shooting of ‘Desamuduru’ for the sake of a six-pack appearance. Afterwards, he took treatment at an undisclosed location abroad and is out of danger, as the disease was detected at a very early stage and there is no big harm to the Stylish Star.
He is presently playing one among the heroes in ‘vedam’ directed by Jagarlamudi Krishnamurthy @ Krish, of ‘Gamyam’-fame, in association with Manchu Manojkumar. Anushka is playing the female lead and Manoj Bajpai is playing a key role in this flick. According to Allu Arjun, he is playing the role of Cable Seenu. Sources from the film industry say that the film had a tragic end. Both the heroes including Allu Arjun and Manoj would die in the climax. This different film is all set for release on May 20.
Allu Arjun says, ‘Several well-wishers questioned me why I accepted this small budget film, when I enjoy a star status. It is an effort to enhance the image of the Telugu cinema and to thwart the apprehensions that we are against working in multi-starrer films. Definitely the film would become a trend-setter among the present generation films.’

Vedam News : Will Vedam begin a new chapter?
After the regime of Super Star Krishna, Shobhan Babu and Krishnam Raju; there was a big vacuum for multi star films in Tollywood. During this same period Kollywood and Bollywood are traveling on the new paths with a flood of multi star movies while we are traveling on those beaten paths and the only reason every one knows is the ‘Ego’ of our heroes.
Beating all the odds, Manchu Manoj and Allu Arjun both the young heroes have come together for the venture of ‘Vedam’ in direction of Krish. Arjun and Manoj speaking many a times before media have speculated that ‘Vedam’ will bring a new culture in Telugu industry and this will be the starting point for multi star movies to flourish.
With young heroes of this generation being so professional, we can hope for a new chapter to begin with ‘Vedam.’
Allu Arjun News : Allu family in America for.....?
Allu Sirish says that, his brother Bunny was working very hard from last one year and so with Arya 2, Varudu and Vedam. Even father Allu Aravind and Sirish are working hard from some time…so, in order to get relaxed and stay away from work tensions entire Allu family has taken a short leave to live for America.
Now, their family is in Las Vegas with one of their relatives and Allu Sirish is having great fun enjoying the time. If some sources say that, it was a pleasure trip but some others in Filmnagar are attributing various other reasons. Although it is still unclear about the further details, but it is clear that Allu Aravind is making his moves fast to finalize a match for Arjun. So, soon he may become ‘Varudu’ in real life very soon. Good going Bunny!

Multi-starrer Vedam music launched
The music of most awaited movie of the year Vedam music was launched on Sunday May 3 at Taj Deccan hotel. The lead cast Allu Arjun, Manchu Manoj, Manoj Bajpai, Anushka Shetty, actresses Deeksha Seth, Lekha Washington, director Krish, music director MM Keeravani, Producer Dil Raju and others attended the function.
Music director MM Keeravani has penned four songs and Sirivennela has penned one for the film. Along with direction Krish has also penned story, screenplay and dialogues. The movie is produced by Prasad Devineni and Shobu Yarlagadda under the banner of Arka Media Works.
The movie is all set to hit the screens on May 20.
The audio of Vedam starring Allu Arjun, Manchu Manoj and Anushka in the prime roles, was released at hotel Taj Deccan, Hyderabad. Made on ARK Media banner, the film is directed by Jagarlamudi Radhakrishna aka Krish. It will come into the market from May 12.
Allu Arjun, Manoj, Anushka, Nagayya, Manoj Bajpai, Gnanasekhar, Krish, TS Murthy, Keeravani, Dil Raju, Ramlakshman, Sravan, Deeksha, Lekha Washington and others took part in the event.
Manoj Bajpai said: “I got introduced into the Tollywood with Ramgopal Varma’s Prema Katha film. Later, I did several films and I became big fan of Telugu culture and tradition. It is my second film with Allu Arjun. There is a lot of energy in both Allu Arjun and Manoj. This film is going to set a new trend in the coming days. Anushka did a wonder job and it needs guts to such a role. Keeravani’s music is simply superb.”
Manoj said: “I have an excellent rock song in the film. I am a big fan of Manoj Bajpai. I am a big fan of him. He is so encouraging. We all struggled for one year. I hope this is my luck to be doing this film.”
Anushka said: “I think this film is the first of its kind of multi-starrers after I came to the industry in Telugu. We all finished the project with involvement, dedication and energy. If you hear some songs, you are sure to weep and that is the intensity of the music of Keeravani.”
Dil Raju said: “Good days are ahead for Tollywood once again with the multi-starrer trend set with Vedam.”
Keeravani said: “First producer Prasad met me and gave me advance saying that it was a movie done with debutants. But after a few days, he came and enhanced my remuneration saying that it was with Allu Arjun and Anushka. My wife came forward to market the audio. The audio cassette would be released from May 12 in the open market.”
Allu Arjun said: “Some people said that I took a wrong step by doing Vedam at a time when I am going strong in my career. But, I knew I did the right thing. I have great belief in Krish. In fact, this is not an art film. It is altogether a new format. I did this film with interest and not for remuneration. It was me who brought Manoj into the project. Krish is the real hero of Vedam. You all will see it on the screen soon.”
Krish said: “There are four songs in the film. Music and literature are the two nipples of Goddess Saraswathi. Keervani drank the milk of the mother Goddess and became proficient in both aspects. The main theme of the film is that how some people with destructive inclination would turn into progressive powers.”

Teja teaming up with Allu for Charan Arjun
Bollywood Blockbuster Karan Arjun to be remade in Telugu and the movieis being produced by Allu Arvind. Guess! Who will star in the film? It is none other than Ram Charan Teja and Allu Arjun.
Allu Arvind has already registered the title and he is producing the film under Geetha Arts and the movie is said to be titled as Charan-Arjun.
Salman Khan, Shahrukh Khan, Kajol and Mamta Kulkarni played the lead roles in the original version and now the question is who will pair with Allu Arjun and Ram Charan Teja in the Telugu version.
According to reports, the film will hit the floors in the next summer
You read that right! A big multi-starrer with Ram Charan Tej and Allu Arjun will happen if all things go right for producer Allu Aravind.
Sources claim that Allu Aravind had thought of a movie starring Ram Charan and Allu Arjun, a year back! Apparently he registered a title, ‘Charan Arjun’ at the film chamber for his Geetha Arts production company.
Unconfirmed reports suggest that the production house has definitely thought of a multi-starrer and the title has also been registered. The project could take a long time to take shape.
Beyond all that, ‘Vedham’, the multi-starrer with Allu Arjun and Manch Manoj is releasing this summer. Looks like the golden era of multi-starrers will emerge in Telugu cinema. Multi-starrers are not new to Telugu cinema anyway, right from the time of NTR-ANR, Krishna- Shobhan Babu, Murali Mohan – Chandra Mohan, et al till the recent combination of Jagapathi Babu with other heroes like Rajendra Prasad, JD Chakravarthy, etc. Audience would love to see multi-starrers, with many stars in one movie!

Vedam to launch a new trend in the industry
After giving a blockbuster like Gamyam, its director Jagarlamudi Radhakrishna alias Krish is bringing out a film called Vedam with yet another different subject. Moreover, the film is a true multi-starrer and has gained the attention of the Telugu film industry for launching a new trend in Tollywood.
Stylish Star Allu Arjun, promising hero Manchu Manoj and sensational heroine Anushka are playing the lead roles in this film being produced by Yarlagadda Sobhanadri and Devineni Prasad under the banner of Arka Media. The shooting, which is away from any kind of publicity, is almost nearing completion. While Allu Arjun is playing the role of a slum youth, Manoj is donning the role of a rock star, while Anushka is portraying the role of a prostitute in this film.
Director says, “Each character in the film would be quite different and the movement of the film would be very interesting.” MM Keeravani has scored tunes for the flick and the shooting is likely to be wrapped up in November. However, the producers are making efforts to release the film in January 2010 as a Sankranti gift.

VEDAM SYNOPSIS
Vedam the first multistarrer of modern Telugu cinema has Allu Arjun, Manoj Manchu and Anushka doing three of the five important characters in this movie.
In which, Allu Arjun doing the role of Cable Raju who is a cable operating boy from lower income class. Manoj Manchu plays the role of Vivek Chakravarthy a budding rock star and Anushka plays the role of a prostitute called Saroja.
Manoj Bajpai and another old man do the other two important characters in the movie.
